2006 News Archives Laura Jackson Wins Lifetime Achievement Award PAA Associate Director, Laura Jackson, was selected for the first ever lifetime achievement award of the Environmental Awards Program. The annual program is a partnership of the provincial Department of Environment & Conservation, the Multi Material Stewardship Board (MMSB), and the Newfoundland & Labrador Women's Institutes. Laura was presented with the award at a luncheon at the Admiral's Green Clubhouse on Monday, June 5th. The Lifetime Achievement award is presented to individuals who dedicated themself to environmental stewardship and made significant contribution over their lifetime in the name of environmental protection and sustainability. Well deserved, Laura.
