Areas of interest Environmental education: Art Competition 2003
We are pleased to announce the winners of the 2003 Environmental Art Competition – Saving Habitat is Saving Homes for Endangered Species. This year’s competition was extremely successful with 258 entries from 17 schools, spanning 7 school districts. We congratulate all students across the province that participated in the competition. Why do we need to save habitat for our endangered species? Why are natural areas important? Why are they important to wildlife? Your original artwork has provided many strong reasons!
